MassBroadband 123 Reports
The period of performance for the MBI's Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) grant award began July 1, 2010 and ended January 31, 2014. During the award period, the MBI was required to submit quarterly performance progress reports to the National Telecommunications & Information Administration (NTIA) and quarterly American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) reports.
